The guest (you) need to choose the concierge, and apply.
When the concierge approve your application, then the contract is closed. The period for chatting is three days, but the concierge might not approve your application due to the reason such as the concierge cannot arrange the schedule on your preferred date. Please pay out within twenty four hours after concierge permitted. It might be cancelled automatically if it's not payed. No cancel fee at that time However, please note that cancellation after payment is subject to full cancellation charge.

Concierge fee is flat, 10,000 JPY for any concierge.
Depending on time, cocierge may or may not be available, but we try to reply as soon as possible. On your requested chart start date, you will receive initial chat message from concierge, and you can chat as you like for 3 days after that. There is no particular chat limit during that 3 days, please enjoy travel consultation.
